Dr. LOU received a B.Eng. degree in medical information engineering from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, in 2009, a M.Eng. degree in biomedical engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree in imaging and interventional radiology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in 2016. Then, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the division of neurology, Department of Medicine and Therapeutics, CUHK. In Feb 2020, Dr. LOU joined the Department of Biomedical Engineering as a lecturer.
